Glitter Bug

Okie girl friend...I am about to get real!! .
.
.
Let’s have a little chat about glitter. Do you know that traditional glitter is made of plastic??. Tiny little “shards” of reflective plastic. Typically glitter is hexagonal shaped. That means more edges to cause little tears on your skin. Combo that with the chemicals that make it all “pretty” it can mean one itchy mess.

1st glitter unless specified is not eco friendly, biodegradable or chemical free. They do have biodegradable glitter (which is just as fun)!! Traditional glitter It’s hard on our eco systems, animals and our earth!! A large amount of glitter is so small it can even pass through water filtration!! Eeeek! Glitter can get into bodies of water and take forever to break down.

2nd and this is just as important. Glitter is not friendly to your lady bits!! Or to any of your skin!. Think about it.... Your going to bath in glittery slivers of plastic. This could mean tiny irritations to ANY part of your body soaking in the bath. That’s right ANY!!!. This is not talked about a lot. But glitter can mean sad sad skin. .
.
.
So let us be kind to the environment and our skin!! Keep the glitter out of bathroom 🙌🏻
